Hi,
My brother used my information when he was pulled over by a Massachusetts State Trooper. His license was already suspended about a month or two ago. He got caught driving with front plates this time. He was scared of going to jail so he lied about his identity. When I go to court, he will come with me and explain to them that he lied. What will happen to him? Will he serve jail time? I won't press charges b/c he used me information. Thanks!
