i got a dwi in may, i went to my last court date which was july11, i was never sentence because i was put on probation for 1 year. NOW some PEOPLE told me that i wont get my full license until then. do i really have to wait a full year? i have a conditional license right now.

If you're certain the judge did not include license suspension in your sentence, then that's the end of the court side of your case. Now you also have the DMV to contend with. Despite the judge's ruling, you must contact your DMV and ask them this question. They can issue a suspension as well, thus you will have only a restricted license for that period of time. Time to go pay a visit to the DMV.
