If your health insurance pays, there is a 100% chance you will have to pay them back out of your settlement.

Had you not signed the consent for treatment, you would not have been treated.
 
First Recovery Group

I received a letter from First Recovery Group asking about the accident and if someone else should pay my medical bills.

Does this mean they want me to pay them back. I went to them (used my health insurance) for my injury after a year of not seeking treatment for my injuries and a year and half after the accident. The treatment I was doing the first time was not covered by my health insurance.
