Was also physically abused, thrown out, my things were stolen, even false reports files with FBI and local police about me. Fake sexual audio and videos made about me. Threatened stalked and harassed over it. The lies were about my sexual conduct, criminal activities accusing me of embezzling, using family and friends names and trying set people up over it. The sexual conduct I have been accused to friends family on social media of sleeping with about 5 different married indian men supposabley posting ut on porn sites. There have been signs posts videos made about me saying things making fun of me. I have no involvement with these men or any criminal activity they may or may not be involved in. It has ruined my reputation, relationship, lost friends, embarrassed, ashamed and none of it is even true. In fact I have never even met any of these men personally

Did you report all of the criminal acts to your local police?

You are not apt to be in any better a financial place if you attempt a lawsuit. Defamation lawsuits are notoriously expensive legal actions to pursue and Ohio small claims courts do not hear claims for defamation.

If he is your ex then you're already broken up. And since you're already broken up, then she has stopped doing whatever she's doing. Problem solved.

The defamation is in quotes only because it takes a judge and jury to determine if the statements that are being communicated are defamatory or not.
