long term disabilty.....dropped???

i saw the doctor about mid-february. he scaled back the restrictions of things i cannot do. i will be going back to him middle of this month. he will probably release me. plus i cannot afford to continue physical therapy any longer (until i get this insurance straight). i will be going to social security tomorrow though.
