INDIANA FILER - I keep very close tabs on our usage (after falling victim to FAP). It's a habit I've fallen into and LIVE by. Our usage averages about 170MB per day. As a "professional plan" client, my FAP threshold is 375MB. So, I am always well below that level.

As for that 3-6AM window, I have all software updates scheduled to happen in that window. Also, if there is a particularly huge download I need to do (such as music editing software major updates), I set my alarm clock for 4AM, get up, download, go to bed. :)

So, in summary, I am well under the FAP limit, but still experience FAP "symptoms" daily between 4PM and 12AM. It is the most ridiculous thing ever I did see!
