at this stage in the game I don't have a sence of humor I just need serious answers, thank you :(
Here's a newsflash for you - all of the FreeAdvice crystal balls are being repaired this week.

So how about providing some INFORMATION?!?? It's YOUR problem so don't expect everyone else to go digging through your previous posts to figure out what the situation is or what you're asking.

I don't give a flip. We all volunteer our time here, and if it's not important enough to her to provide information in a way that's easy for us to find it? Not important enough for me to go digging.

Well, all anyone knows is that you titled the post "Lost Father," which leads us to believe that perhaps the father of your child is not around. And that you live in Florida.

What do you expect us to do with that info? What is the problem? How many times and in how many different ways do we have to ask you for pertinent info, and/or a legal question??

Ok here we go again :) I have a child support order since 1999 he has paid on time (which is court ordered garnished I forgot to add) untill around 2 years ago. The court order is enforced by New Jersey, I moved to Florida in 2000 and then they enforce it on my behalf in 2003 (starting). 2 years ago he started paying on his own with out the garnishment. Well I told the state of florida that he is in violation but they never did anything- now it has been 3 months with no payment, and they think he moved to Pa but are not sure. All I wanted to know is if there was anything I can do to speed things up and once that and if they do find him can I sue him for mental anguish because this has really put a financial strain (my daughter and myself) our lives. Any info is greatly appreciated :)

We were supposed to divine all of that info from "Lost father" and "Florida"????

No, you cannot sue him for mental anguish. Not now, not later. That's nonsense.

In reality, you are going to have to learn to do without the support. He's not paying, your child's needs go on....what else CAN you do??

Keep nagging the CSE. His debt doesn't go away, ever. Keep looking for him.

edited to add: ah...now I looked up past posts and see that you are just trolling for new answers. I really ought to know better.

Of course you can. And he can sue you for being ugly. Or for being fat. Or not great in bed....get the point?
Any info is greatly appreciated :)
you have nothing else but let the state do their job, do it for them or GET a job. Child support is to HELP care for the child. If you are in a financial burden because of not getting it, that tells you something about the way you're living doesn't it?

 I understand I have a job and I am a full time student- but I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask. Just looking for advice not pity- appreciate the advice. This is a new ball game for me and I just wanted to know straight up what goes down, it seems when I call the CSE they tap dance around the situation. TY
