Just learned that division my son was working and was fired from is closing/re-org due to the bad management. Everyone is laid off inlcuding this animal who put LSD.
Bad news is that my son is blacklisted. And won't get witnesses etc if he decides to go to court.

IF your son decides to take this to court then the employer has no more say over who testifies than I do. It's called a subpoena and it's issued by the court.

Case Closed.

I find it HIGHLY unlikely that your son willingly took LSD at WORK. LSD is not something you want to be taking in an enviroment where there is the LEAST bit of stress and with people around that aren't on it themselves. I've always been under the assumption that the only way to test for LSD is by a spinal tap because the strychnine goes straight to your nervous system and is stored in your spinal fluid which could account for the tensing up of your neck when your on it. What happened is this, if your son's personality and demeanor changed after the encounter it's because he had a "bad trip" , LSD allows you to explore depths of your brain and psyche and that you wouldn't do with a straight head. It litterally makes you think of 100 things at once. He had a bad trip because he wasn't prepared for it, which leads me to believe that his story checks out about it not being his, because anybody who knows ANYTHING about LSD knows that a bad trip really does screw you up and the LAST place you'd want to trip is at work. If those co-workers were to testify to actually seeing the "hits" being dropped in his coffee than I'd say you and your son have one HELL of a case against the assailant. HOWEVER, in the drug underworld people don't snitch on their friends and it would be close to impossible to get the testimony you need from the eyewitnesses. I'd see if there is any kind of security cameras that could have captured the deed rather than trying to coax the co-workers.
