This email I received from a game company

http://www.wizards.com/magic/

All of your Magic Online Accounts have been terminated for continued violation of the Magic Online Code of Conduct, specifically harassment of Adepts and Wizards of the Coast Employees (Code of Conduct #7: Do not harass, bully, threaten, or cause discomfort for other players, Code of Conduct #14: Do not behave in any manner that is inappropriate for Magic Online and the Magic Online community. Wizards of the Coast and the Magic Online community representatives are the sole judges of what is appropriate.) and posting a non-WotC URL, which was highly inappropriate for Magic Online. Additionally, we will terminate any future accounts that are determined to be yours. Per the Terms of Service, any Member whose Account/s have been terminated by Wizards of the Coast may not access the Game Service in any manner or for any reason without the express written permission of Wizards of the Coast. Active members may not allow former Members to use the active Members' Account or User Name.

I regret the necessity of this action. -- this is the email I received from them

http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?...magiconline/coc (here can the c.o.c. be read)

Of course I deny breaking the Code of Conduct .

They terminated worth 78.000$ of assets. (I find it theft)
Customer Service does not respond to me and hangs up the phone.
Code of conduct does not response on my questions and says to me:

This is the last part of the email after I asked them if we can talk about what happened

they respond to me with

Rene,

You are free to tell your side of the story. Please reply to this email however you see fit. Thank you.

--------------------------
I respond with that I have no clue and that I state that I did not know what I did wrong and if they were able to hand over prove of my actions that violated the code of conduct.

there response
---------------------------
A decision has been made that we are no longer extending support to you. I understand you have the contact information for legal which is who you will need to deal with from now on.
--------------------------

I want as soon the prove they got against me. ( I think they have non at all)

how do I get the prove , what actions should I take? They just stole my products. To get rich
They discriminate and abuse there powers. I am not taking this. – The most important part is that I want to know what they have against me if they have at all?

Very simple..... go hire an attorney and file a lawsuit against them. The lawsuit will probably cost you somewhere in the area of $10k to $15k. However, since you claim the suit is worth $78,000 (is that US or 'Wizard' Dollars??), that is a small investment!!
Oh, and you will have to file in FEDERAL court ($75k minimum claim) or have to file in their home state of Washington.

However, you have a few 'problems' you will have to resolve first, starting with:
"VIOLATION OF ANY OF THESE RULES IS GROUNDS FOR TERMINATION OF YOUR MAGIC ONLINE ACCOUNT(S). TERMINATION MEANS THAT YOU FORFEIT ALL PRODUCT CONTAINED IN YOUR ACCOUNT(S) AND ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ACCESS MAGIC ONLINE IN ANY WAY."

What type of attorney should I looking for? Which should he be specialized in?
Isn't there some kind of magic spell, 'fairy dust' or something you can throw at them? Then, when they are incapacited, steal their bag of gold and weapons!!! Hold them as ransom until they agree to return your fake money to you.

Or you can just go out and buy a monopoly game. It will cost you a lot less than a lawsuit... and you get you $15,140 in cash (in standard editions of Monopoly). The money comes in 20 orange $500 bills, 20 beige $100 bills, 30 green $50 bills, 50 blue $20 bills, 40 yellow $10 bills, 40 pink $5 bills, and 40 white $1 bills.

$78,000 for that crap?
You should sue your parents for raising and idiot
What you don't realize is Magic is a multibillion dollar business. Their competitions payout cash awards that exceed millions of dollars Worldwide. To be a world champion holds as much prestiege to some of the world as winning the Super Bowl or World Series. If this is a problem that is happenning to more than just this one person then there may be groundss for a class-action lawsuit. There seems to be a need for more research into the problem as well as find a way to get to know the actual violation.

Oh, geez....I didn't know what I've been missing.

If this is considered a real asset with real value you'll need to find an attorney who will spend many hours studying their contract with you (at $200+/hr). IF he decides you have a case you won't be able to get any specifics until you actually file a suit against them. They could be doing this to lots of their members (or whatver your status is called), but then you might have actually violated their rules.

Is this $78K actually your money, or is it paper winnings that really don't exist until "cashed out"?

And all of that is IRRELEVANT. What YOU and everyone else who is responding fails to realize is this idiot is in HUNGARY!!!

$78K is a low estimate of what my assets are worth if I would sell it off on Ebay with No Reserve. The only part for now that I am interested in is. I really like to receive evidence for breaking the terms of service.

How do I obtain that , Am I entitled to get it without going to court first or something like that. Does a company have to hand it over or can they just do as they wish with this case.
are there forms I can use to write legal department of MTGO – So I have a copy or access to my actual misbehavior

- also I offer paypal for a nice form I can use to get the evidence if possible!

contact me @ [email protected]
