Since you seem unable to 'take a hint'...... lets get this over with.
THIS FORUM IS RESERVED FOR US LAW ONLY!!!
The company , servers there TOS, COC, etc. Is located in U.S.A so what is your problem?
I believe US law applies on this subject.

If not where should I go then? btw, I am just on holiday in Hungary. I am from the Netherlands, please stop bashing me and this topic.

Not my problem... yours. :D

Who cares what you 'believe'??

I don't give a crap where you are.... if you are outside the US, this forum does NOT apply to you.

Okay, lets summarize this one, folks:
1) You are NOT in the US. US laws do not apply to you UNLESS you are IN the US.
2) You have NOT been damaged. This is PLAY money... without any real value to 'real' people.
3) It never WAS 'your' (play) 'money' in the first place. It is 'game credits' that you get for playing a game. If these 'credits' are owned by anyone, it is the site that presents them... since they are ONLY of value to THEM.
4) The site that awards them has certain rules that YOU agreed to... and those rules allow the site owner/operator to do anything that THEY want.
5) And did I forget to say.... this is PLAY money. :D

I just want to make something clear....

The post that was on here accredited to me was not actually 'me.' :) It was actually my husband who was informed if he had something to say to register under HIS own name!! He listens as well as my kids!

LOL I hope you're not asking me to keep HIM busy! 'Cause I don't handle married men. But since I just helped another friend with some papers she had due, I can help with that!

HA HA HA

I will admit that Magic is a game played by all the males in my house. Hubby had looked into the online thing and I simply e-mailed him this thread to look at. AND I will admit I have seen people with very 'valuable' (so they say) cards and plenty of them but it's not my bag. I learned how to play but wasn't thrilled.
Cards of value are one thing... in that they are tangible property, able to be sold and purchased. My son used to buy and sell (very profitably!!) about 15 years ago. In fact, he still has a bunch of them somewhere in the manse.

However, the problem with this idiot... is that he can't tell the difference between real money (with value) and PLAY money (without value in the real world). Guess this idiot has spent too much time casting spells, etc., to the extent he/she/it has lost any sense of reality.

stop making a fool out yourself pretty please. ohw btw - http://www.newscientist.com/article.ns?id=dn4510 - etc. I can go on. and on mtgo products it is even easier because you buy items in there shop for real money - no judge will deny it is worth $$ - else a painting or stamps have no value either in your opinion , no matter if digital or tangible in this case sir

Oh, wow!! So, you were able to find REAL 'magic online' stuff for sale on ebay. Great.

Except your crap isn't REAL!!! Your CRAP is online 'credits'. Clearly NOT the same thing.

But, who cares anyway?? You have already taken far more time than you are worth. So, say goodbye.

I must admit I am curious about the alleged value of this stuff. Are there people who actually fork over cash money...like real currency of some legitimate government?

Yeah there really are people that pay good money for 'good cards.'

Believe it or not, there are idiots who purchase online credits, though it is STRONGLY noted that they have no value, can't be transferred, etc.
HOWEVER, that is NOT the case here.
The issue here is that this idiot claims that they are worth 'real' money (they aren't).
That a court will somehow make them negotiable value (they won't).
And that he can afford to spend the $20 to $30 THOUSAND in legal fees (due to international claim) to pursue his claim (he can't.... and if he could, that money should be spent on therapy).

In any case, this is a dead horse.... or will be shortly. :D
