Though it truly seems that you either don't want (or can't accept) the reality of our offers of help, I will try one FINAL last time.
Your original post (3 of them) were asking our OPINION on whether you had any basis to recover expenses in defending yourself from claims made by your neighbors ("Malicious Prosecution or Abuse of Service"). Your numerous follow-up posts detailed that you had an affair (doesn't matter how short or unsuccessful) with your neighbor's husband and now she is 'harassing' you in retaliation and reporting violations (whether real or not) to the authorities that you had to defend. It seems from some of your posts that your neighbor was right (in one post, you said that the police hauled you away in handcuff's... they don't just do that without some justification.... or did you sleep with the police officers spouses also??). Your follow-up rants and raves have been about how you were wronged and everyone (neighbor, BLM, police, etc.) can't see it your way. The thing that you are missing is; maybe they are seeing it correctly and YOU ARE WRONG!
Put aside all your 'self-justifications' for your actions (either real or imaginary), my OPINION (and I assume EVERYONE else's) is "After very careful reading of your many, many posts and careful thought about your situation, you have absolutely NO BASIS for a legal action against your neighbor(s)".
Very simply, this is based on the following:
1) You have clearly shown to this forum that you are not totally innocent in bringing this situation upon yourself. This pretty much eliminates either of your 'claims for damages'.
2) You have clearly shown to this forum that you have absolutely no desire (or ability) to see the realities of this situation. If that is the case, you will have a very hard time proving your 'damages' to any judge or jury.
3) You have clearly shown to this forum that you are NOT hearing what we are saying, but continue to digress further into your wallow of 'Woe is me, Woe is me!!". We are tired of hearing of your diatribe and claims of how mean this person is to you. Several of the Senior members of this forum (and a lot of Junior members) have gone far beyond the call of a VOLUNTARY non-lawyer FREE online advice forum. And what do you do, insult and degrade them (myself included). Enough is enough!!
Finally, you need to get a strong dose of reality!!! This is a FREE online ADVICE forum, where we read others posts and offer our ADVICE. You can read our ADVICE and either act on it or toss it away... after all, it is purely our OPINION, FREELY given. If after reading all of the HELP that has been offered, you still disagree, then you have every right to go to your local authorities or an attorney and do what you want. Personally, I think you have as much chance of ever being satisfied as you do of staying dry outside during a monsoon!!
