His 2nd response to my telling him that we have to work this out as we are to make decisions together regarding our sons health was this:
"I’ll let Child Support Services decide. They’ll know what you are responsible for or not since they are the ones who enforce the order."
He's wrong as child support is a separate issue but I'll let him find out the hard way.
