My wife and I are going through the process of adopting a child. As part of the information that must be submitted along with our “home exam” are complete physicals on the children including a TB test. I will need the children to be scheduled for this as soon as possible. I will be faxing you whatever information that needs to be included with the physical around the 14th of February. I have contacted TriWest and the children are not covered for this type of medical procedure and I am willing to pay the cost of the visit. Once the children attend their doctor’s visit please send me a copy of the information provided by the doctor as well as the insurance company. I am sending you this request now because I know that you more than likely won’t do it and this allows me plenty of time to go through the courts to do it. As I would like the information about the adoption agency kept private to protect my wife and our future child I will not be submitting this information to you at any time. Furthermore, since this is a sibling of the children I would like them as involved as possible in the adoption process and it is pertinent that you send them out for my scheduled visitation.
Furthermore I need the dates from you that are good to be taking the children for visitation this spring break and summer break no later than 45 days before the visitation is scheduled to start.
