alright, thank you for being straight to the point. if i have my brother's ticket, &he was with me, probably has the same charges can you use that to find it? the only difference is that he's 18.. would that work to tell you that?
nope. someone would be able to tell what range of consequences your brother might receive depending on his own criminal history.

you would have a different range of consequences. and you being a minor, it would be a different charge to begin with.

No.

Different people could have completely different charges.

Assuming ANYTHING about your charges is not a smart decision.

I guessed you also missed the part of the forum rules where it said that you shouldn't post for someone else.

What is the statute number? What is the jurisdiction?

Here is the statute...

35-9-2. Purchase, possession or consumption of beverage by minor as misdemeanor--Misrepresentation of age. It is a Class 2 misdemeanor for any person under the age of twenty-one years to purchase, attempt to purchase, or possess or consume alcoholic beverages except when consumed in a religious ceremony and given to said person by an authorized person, or to misrepresent his age with the use of any document for the purpose of purchasing or attempting to purchase alcoholic beverages from any licensee licensed under this title.
Usually, this means a fine, some community service, license suspension and probation. Did your brother use a fake id?
