Does not matter, again, she quoted STATE law, and she is right about that, never said she wasn't. If someone can dispute my post 71 with well established law, let them do it.

The law in Ohio was discussed and links to the Ohio state law, and to the Toledo ordinance that other cities have patterned their ordinances after, were provided.

An attorney who practices law in Elizabeth's area of Ohio has posted.

A court in Ohio did not invalidate the Toledo ordinance that decriminalizes the possession of marijuana under 200 grams. Other Ohio cities recently passed similar ordinances that decriminalize marijuana possession under 200 grams.

Under Ohio state law, possession of marijuana under 100 grams is a minor misdemeanor. Elizabeth possessed under 100 grams of marijuana. Her offense, therefore, was a minor misdemeanor.
