I did say the people in the back were drinking by their own admission to the police. My daughter admitted to nothing and the driver said she didnt know of any other alcohol in the car besides the beer in back. Thanks for the advice from everyone but some of you act like judge and jury already and that you know my daughter. She was in a bad situation and should not have been in a car that someone was giving rides to intoxicated individuals.

You also said your daughter said no one but your daughter was ticketed and then you said another passenger (not a random drunk but a friend) was ticketed.

Whatever happened, none of us (you included) were in the car and you are passing on information to us that may or may not accurately reflect what happened.
