True, but I was responding to the "are you serious" comment, which implied that there was something wrong in thinking ex actually had an obligation to support his kid as the law requires. In any case, the visitation modification means more to me than the money and I prevailed in that regard.
The LAW requires NCP's to pay support according to the COURT ORDER. Nothing more, nothing less. It doesnt matter WHAT his salary is, he is paying according to the order, so he is in the clear. You will not be getting back support, so go ahead & get over that. File for a modification if you want to try & increase the support.
