When you report a spam post (I don’t know who did here), if you add your own post and then delete your post, it sends the thread back to the archives. It would help if people remember to do that.
Adjusterjack, I could have reported your post and then added a post to delete, and the thread could have been sent back. Instead, since you spent time adding decent information, I thought it better to leave your post in place and simply note it was an old thread.
Generally adding that it’s an old thread is enough to stop additional posts.
