Mom is earning more money and is married with a joint income and still wants me to pay child support

I've always had my two kids on my vision and dental. medical has always been provided by Medi-Cal. At one point she asked me to add them to my medical insurance from work, so they could get a little better coverage. I did, but soon after that she asked to take them off because she didn't want to pay a $10 co-pay every time the kids had to see a doctor. I took them off the medical, but they continued to be covered in dental and vision. She is now married and is earning more per year and now is asking me to add them once again to my medical insurance. Is this fair to me? can we split on the insurance?

there is no order, for over 6 years we always had a verbal agreement. and it has never been an issue up until now. Ive done the Daiso (spelling?) calculator numerous times and with the advice of an attorney. she has always received more money than what a court would have mandated. but within the last year she has gotten extremely picky. we always went down half ways on everything, everything. from school, to outings, everything.

Her husbands income is not a factor for your child/rens support.

I would have your attorney answer all of this.

I don't see that the OP has said anywhere that he was factoring in the new husband's income...I just see that the new wife is married and is earning more now.

The way I read it OP was factoring in the new hubby's income...otherwise he wouldn't have mentioned new hubby.

Based on his header, he doesn't see why he should keep paying support since Mom makes ore and is remarried.
that is not what I meant, they continue to be on my vision and medical and school uniforms, yeah that's me too. and picking up and dropping off to school and home, yeah that's me too.

Ooooooooooh, wow. Of course, supporting kids also includes te additional food they need, additional utilities they use, extra bedrooms in a home, etc., etc., etc. NONE of that is her new husband's responsibility. It is yours and hers.
