Illinois... Hi, I just became a steward at government facility and I'm starting to gather that our union more times than not decides to drop cases that directly oppose contract or company policies and our union seems to be falling apart because of it.. nobody has faith that they have any protections or rights. I'm not sure if we can even report the union to the NLRB because we work at a federal site. What can we do? What would you do?
