More trouble with sister

What is the name of your state?- GA - In the TPO she put on me, it states that I'm to pay her 500.00 towards bills by the 1st or she will have me arrested. THE COURT DATE ISN'T UNTIL THE 5th!!! I want to know how she can have this done? Don't I get my chance to be heard before she could do this?!? And I normally only give her 300$ which is a third of the bills. I thought a TPO was only to protect her supposedly from me, not to collect money!
