Thank you everybody who has gave me some kind of advice. I will keep you up to date on what is going on. Legal Aid here in Kentucky won't help you unless there has been some kind of abuse between me and her and there hasn't been any of that so I can't get any help there.

I'm going to get SSDI but I'm still waiting on it. I also found out that the mother of my son has been involved in welfare fraud by living at one place with her parents and saying that she lives some where else in order to get food stamps, health care, and a check. Which is why the state is coming after me for the support. I don't have a problem with the support of my kid but I do have a problem with her lying to get help from the government that she doesn't need when she works and both of her parents work. I know it's not her parents responsiablity to pay for my kid either but I'm sure with all of them working they have enough food. Plus when I could get alittle money up I did buy diapers or some clothes when I could. And for those people that want to know how I found this out. She told me that if anyone asked me she lived at this other address. I asked her why and she said she could get in trouble for fraud. I feel like I'm stuck because if I turn her in my son gets ripped from the only life he has ever known but on the other hand I get stuck pay for one big lie.
