I actually don't speak to the children at all about the case at all. I've tried to keep the entire situation away from them, they do not know when we have court or anything. When I was first served, I sat the kids down and told them that she was trying to get visitation to see them. But other than that I have tried not to speak to them about it at all, it causes too much trouble. If my son (he's 7) even hears the grandmother's name he starts wetting the bed and having night terrors. My daughter (she's 12) talks to me about her fears sometimes and I just let her vent. The children have been in counselling concerning this woman for a while.
