What is the name of your state? PA

We won the judgement and are trying to collect. Does anybody know what a motion to reinstate an appeal is? Do I have to respond to this? No court has contacted me but the lawyer has a date on there.

Sounds like the person you sued filed an appeal to your judgment and for some reason it was either denied or it was dropped. So, now he's asking to reinstate his appeal.

You don't HAVE to respond, but you can file an objection to his motion if you have a good reason to do so.
