Um, just a quick note; it's not really kosher to hijack a year-old thread, belonging to someone else, rather than post a thread of your own. No matter how closely the situations match, this is THEIR thread, not yours.

However, since you've done so, :) , I really can't add anything to my responses to the original poster. It's not Kansas law you need to be concerned about; the ADA is a FEDERAL law and employers in all states need to be concerned with it.

Read my responses to the original poster in this thread, and if you have additional questions, please start a new thread of your own, okay? :)
