What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

I am married with a USA citizen and have permanent residency.
I was born in Holland and I am thinking of becoming a USA citizen.
( we are married 5 years )
Can someone tell me about the responsibilities of having duall citizenships and how the US looks at it.

Many thanks

Your citizenship pledge when you are naturalized renounces foreign allegiances. In practice, this means nothing. The process doesn't require any formal renunciation be proven.

This is a very well written and easy to read FAQ on the topic.

There are some things you need to do with your home government before you begin your US naturalization (specific to Holland) so be sure to look into that.
