Ebay sided with the buyer as far as deeming your auction wording to be deceptive. Your own comments state that the buyer 'overpaid" by $600 so this says to me that you also agree that there was a misunderstanding.
Ebay has made a decision, no one has a legal right to be a member of Ebay. Membership is a privilege subject to Ebay's terms. A good & honest seller would have worked this out with the buyer. I'm not saying that you intentionally misrepresented the item but the results were the same. Morally, I would think that you would have wanted to work it out with the buyer after the buyer contacted you and before it got to this juncture.
Ebay makes money from the seller, not the buyer. A judgement to deny your access is significant in as Ebay is also removing a source of income from their roster. They do not do this unless the cause is blatant.
Also, this may not apply to you in this case but FYI for anyone else reading this, all sales are not final on Ebay if the buyer pays with Paypal & a CC. You may state ASF in your TOS but it means nothing.
