well judge as I understand it...

say the inccodent happened in july 07... could be some where around 7-8 months until you get to the ARD hearing.... thats the offical date you are in the program...

then say 6 months probation... so its feb when you get into program... now 6 months probation gets you too august until the probation is over..

another 6months for the paper work to get expunged.. is the way I understand it..
