Suggestion - change transportation to receiving parent picks up - she picks up at the start of her time, dad picks up at the end of it. That way if she picks up the kids late it's on her, not him. And if he's late picking them up at the end of the time, then she gets more time.

Got tired of snarky comments and general BS. Wife meets him in a neutral public place now.

I could give examples but Im not gonna beat a dead horse.
