What is the name of your state? Arizona


If a parent becomes a naturalized citizen, will her status as a citizen mean her adult( greencard holding) children become citizens also or will her children have to file separate naturalization citizenship applications?

No, it does not happen automatically if the children are over a certain age. They would have to apply for their naturalization on their own.
