Filed Response
I filed my response as you suggested (found a form online and filled it out, attached copies of the original order and the motion to amend filed 1/19 (same day as prior court date) and left it with the clerk. Can I expect the NCP to be served with a copy of my response? After his request to amend, I was served approx. 5 days later...and I filed my response on 3/2, and haven't received anything on my door. Now I am worried I have done something incorrectly although the clerk did look everything over and assured me that I had filled everything out in its entirety. Also, along with the req to amend, he filed a motion to reduce child support. We just went to court on 1/19 for a motion to reduce filed in 11/09...My thoughts are that he will attempt to increase visitation to the point that it would reduce his cs amount. At what ratio does this occur?? I have tried and tried to get the ncp to talk to me about times/days alternate arrangements we could make regarding visitation so that our son may spend time with him, not a sitter....and all he'll respond with is 'I want more time.'
Any ideas??
