That is my advice...

I really am a DJ and have lots of expensive stuff, and even though i have renters insurance, there is lots of irreplaceable things i have, So sorry kiddo i wouldnt feel safe having the two of you next to me.

Get a trailer in the country build a good record together, no parole violations, and then after 5 years I might be ok with the idea.

Fortunately, KK, you don't need this guy's OK.

He will never be anything more than a tenant. He doesn't get asked about who will live next door to him.

Its the landlord who controls who can live there. He gets this privledge because it is his property. dj (alias "Mary whatever") does'nt have anything to say about it. No one cares what he thinks, and you shouldn't either.

You know LL, you're right about this mary person! Boyfriend and I are going to move. We won't have to deal with landlords though because we have decided to buy a house. I really appreciate your advice and the way you are straight forward without being so RUDE like people on here. Thanks again! KK

Being RUDE was the right thing to do......

IT got you thinking about not having to deal with landlords...

So I'm glad i've pisssed you off, because you made a wise choice to buy your own place.

good luck!
