Just make sure to do such a good job documenting how clean you have left it and general conditions to prepare as if you were going to have to go to court to sue them for deposit return including normal wear and tear , most tenants do not document real well if at all then have no way to easily dispute items a LL charges for.

Document everything. Pretend you have the landlord's mother as the judge.

She loves her baby, but, will accept absolute proof.
