What is the name of your state? Oregon

I have filed for joint custody/visitation, we are in the discovery faze of the process, my son's father's lawyer is requesting I send him a lot of information, 4 pay stubs, 2018/2019 tax returns, 6 months of bank statements, 6 months of all credit card statements in my name. I understand the pay stubs and tax returns, because the court would ask for those too, but the rest seems irrelevant and unnecessary. Do I have to send him everything he is requesting?

No, I can't afford an attorney. I'm totally getting rolled over by his attorney, because obviously I don't have a law degree. Child support is order based on a certain calculation of income, overnights, and how many children, why is my bank and credit card info relevant?

Your bank records, for instance, could show that you have income which you are hiding or not reporting.. That's one reason.

My boyfriend has his money direct deposited in my account, but that is his money and he pays his bills with it, are they gonna use his income against me?

That doesn't seem fair or right, he pays his bills out of the account, not my bills, he has his own children and shouldn't be financially responsible for mine. And we aren't married, I have no legal rights to his money or anything. So if I have to list his income as mine, then do I list his bills as mine?

Your boyfriend should have his own account. Any money deposited in your account is considered your money because you have access to it.

We are engaged and live together. I got a loan to buy a car he is buying the car from me. The calculator child support from your gross income from your job, and how many overnights, why does the money in my bank account mean anything. Those aren't my wages.

Because the money in your account could show other income. Just bring proof that the money is BF's and not yours.

Provide your tax returns and your W2s. Let him get a judge to order you to provide the bank and credit card statements. Its not guaranteed that the judge will order that at all. Both are pretty far reaching...particularly the credit card statements.

In the meantime, you and your fiance really need to separate your banking. If he is unable to get a bank account of his own, then he should have his paycheck direct deposited onto a prepaid debit card which he could then use to pay his bills.

But taking him off the accounts now wouldn't matter, right? Cause they want the last 6 months, when he was on it.
