okay so my ex just called and said he is claiming the baby, doesn't this have to be stated in an order, see as the child lives with me.

Thanks i just called IRS, they stated i can only claim child, Due to the fact of i have custody and the child lives with me. My ex and i bothclaimed him last year, whitch i just found out from him today.He says he is doing it anyway, we are going to autit
