Did you even read what Sambo wrote? His response had to do with '..interception of a wire, electronic or oral communication..'

Which is what EJudy had asked about. Just because Sambo quoted Pennsylvannia's law and not Virginia's law doesn't make it a bad response. It give EJudy knowledge about the general situation and gives her keywords to search for if she wants to find Virginia's exact law.

You and HomeGuru act as if you own this website. Do you feel threatened by someone else giving advice to others?

Not only has this issue been answered correctly, but Pa. law has nothing to do with this poster's issue.

Or would you want your doctor to tell you how he's going to remove your spleen when you need your tonsils out?

And just so you might learn something, deliberate interception of a wireless transmission is a crime. Even IF the neighbor could receive the transmissions by baby monitor (which operate on different bandwidths) it is not a crime.

Why don't you concentrate on answering people's questions if you really want to help and less time squabbling with each other?

Look at the top of each page. Do you see where is states "Be brief, to the point.....?" Therefore in accordance with the posting rules of this website forum, my response was entirely correct. Now do you understand why you are so stuck in that rutica? You do not have the common sense and the limited intelligence required to comprehend the rules of this forum.
