Being wrapped up in the moment I forgot to ask your opinion about the below question.

Was it a good move to send these reports to the other lawyer based on my previous post?

**A: yes, and maybe that may help get to the root of the problem.

Thanks for reminding me you had answered the question in one of your previous posts. Sorry you had to repeat it. I guess I'm not on top of all these posts. Will try and do better next time around. I wish I had your patience or the ability to show some like you do.

Know what you mean about the road and internet problems.I have experienced some of that, but tried to keep my cool. Now I might need some of those stronger medications with this neighbor.LOL

You are sooooooo funny with some of your replies, but have to say you have kept me calmer during these posts. You also have a astute mind when it comes to being serious and giving replies that fit the situation.

HomeGuru or anyone smarter than me. If you were the neighbors lawyer how would you handle the situation when my aborists reports say the tree should be removed? The neighbors lawyer probably has by now a copy of my reports as I got a copy from my lawyer that they were sent.

If I don't get disconnected I'll post other information as neighbors got a aborist report which was a joke. Gonna cut this short as don't want to get disconnected.

The attorney should instruct his/her client to remove the tree.

Since this thread has gotten too long, you have my approval to start a new thread if you wish to continue this subject.
If you start a new thread, just provide a brief summary of your case for reference.

Thanks HG. What I think might have happened was the content was too long for time allowed. I don't mean this site, probably the ISP. I was explaining the content of their aborist report and my thoughts in general. Maybe I got too much in depth, but will try to finish it tomorrow.

I appreciate you going along with the new thread, but I would really loose track. If it doesn't work tomorrow I'll consider the new thread. Nice of you to consider this option.
