And, as it has been suggested, get a place on the board and influence these decisions. Far less expensive and easier to accomplish in the next few years. Of course, then you'd have to live with a majority decision that might still disagree with you.

I wouldn't want to live in a place like that, but they're still not interfering with YOUR religious expression, so the case you posted is not on point, even if it was in a relevent jurisdiction.
Exactly my case. A: They wont allow me to put messages of my families faith up there (I tried), and B: How much harder will it be for me to sell my house because of those messages. You plainly said you would not want to live there. I think I have legitimate harm. For what its worth I appreciate the opportunity to banter here here with some of you. I ended up setting up a consultation with an attorney. Well see where it takes me. Ill post updates when I have them.

It surely does! It sets precedent to apply the FHA post sale. Thats all I need from it.

Here is one from Yest. These "hold thy tongue" type messages started appearing after I started complaining. And there has been a bunch of them as of late.
