Respected members of this site by other members who have seen them provide accurate, valuable, free legal advice to people like you. Some of whom only want to be told what they want to hear.
This is all because OP was offended that I recommended his "rant" thread be posted on a site designed for that...explaining that this site is for people with actual questions...which OP admitted he didn't have in that thread. So now I am being labeled a "heathen dead-beat tenant". Yeah. Right.

Do we have a troll ?

anytime the Marshall's give her a notice to leave, she does an order to show cause for some reason or another for the 3rd time now.
As I stated , once the Marshall has a 3 day notice , it's 3 days and you're out .

If I'm not correct , then I could use some enlightenment on how a tenant is able to file a show cause after the Judge has granted an eviction .

The police is called to her apt at least 2ce a week for one reason or the other by neighbors.
Ok , reports ,and a nuisance tenant .

we are able to evict the nuisance from the building
This was a different nuisance tenant .

living there for 8-months without paying
And 3 times , you have been granted an eviction and 3 times the Marshall has posted 3 day notices .

I don't believe you .

I appreciate and respect anyone who has or will give me legal advice and i have gotten that/still getting it effectively not just what i want to hear. If baystategirl has legal advice to offer nothing is stopping her from giving it :D this doesn't change the fact that some people loggon here looking for ways to manipulate our nice justice system yet they want to be "respected members" since they've been lurking around here for many years

You better believe it. They can do an order to show cause even after the marshall gives them a notice. I didn't know until this happened to me also and yes we will be in court the 3rd time again this week believe it or not. after an eviction has been ordered! yup.

3. this kind of tenants are no longer hard for me to detect. my radar caught you from far away. are u on here looking on how to stay on someone's hard-earned property without paying? my eyes are on you ;)
