conditions and restritions of visitation

I am in VA too. And sounds like boyfriend signed the same thing I had to. It is the 26ths district's "conditions and restrictions of visitation".

Item #5 says: The party exercising visitation is expressly prohibited from openly cohabiting with any person to who he or she is not lawfully married in the presence of the child. In all overnight visitation, suitable reasonable sleeping and living accommodations will be provided the child.

And I have the judge who wrote them.

So IF that is what he signed then he can not "openly" cohabit with you.
