What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Massachusetts.
In Fall River, nearly every intersection with a traffic light has a NO TURN ON RED sign.
Our traffic department head claims that there is a law in the state of Massachusetts that says that any intersection with a traffic light and a pedestrian walkway requires such a sign.
I cannot locate this law. And this morning I was at an intersection without such signage in Fall River.
Our government officials often do not know of which they speak, so I am wondering if they are also off base with this statement about Mass law.
Can anyone help me locate the proper ordinance in state law? Either one way or the other?
Thank you in advance! What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
