If someone owes 5 years worth of back child support and still isn't currently paying, if they were to win a law suit, would the kids be entitled to some of the money? If so, when would be a good time to file, to make sure the kids do get some of the money?? I can give more info if necessary. We live in AZ.

If you were to know this person has in fact won a lawsuit, then is the time to petition the court for the arrears in CS.
