What is the name of your state? OH

I'd like to know if it's illegal not to pay an employee for the time it takes to drive from a job location back to the shop. I'm still in/driving a company truck but the employer says he doesn't pay for the ride home.

I've argued till I'm blue in the face to no avail. I'm losing five or more hours per paycheck because of this. I'm in the construction industry but remember, I'm still driving a company truck. Thanks.
