he is not a bootie call. we are in a commited relationship that his soon to be ex-wife is very aware of.. my question was in reguards to his divorce not being final and will it effect my case at all !! my children are more important to me than any man.. dont miss understand

I'm sorry. This is ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. You can't possibly be in a committed relationship, because (newsflash) THIS MAN IS MARRIED TO SOMEONE ELSE. Married. Married, still married. Now, can it effect your custody situation. You bet your married man it can. The fact that you would have your children living in a house with you and a married man shows (at the very least) that your judgment isn't.... well.... the best. If I were your ex husband, I for damn sure would bring it up.

This is one of those times when I hang my head low at being a woman and a mother... *smh* I'm sad.
