one expensive night

I talked to my lawyer yesterday and he said the driver needs to come to court and say he was driveing. He also said there is nothing that can happen to him know its to late for him to get in trouble. So i had to send my lawyer $1,000 just for him to take the case. He thinks that the state doesnt have a case and that hopefully we can settle out of court. So its lookin better. My friend said he would testify and also im making him help me with the lawyer. It only seems fair since he was driveing. So to look at it this way my one night of drinking has cost me $1,088.88 so far its not over yet (88.88) to get my car out of impound after it was towed. But hey i did get the bartenders number that night and thats really the only reason i went out. Thats a lot of money just to get a chicks number. Thanx for the replies and i think i will take your guys advice about taking the bat to my friend, but only after he testifies.

Your friend will have an inexplicable loss of memory IF he does happen to show up and take the stand.

i hope not

maybe so but im gonna try all i can to fight this. Id rather give my lawyer money than pay the courts,go to alcohol classes, and have high risk insurance for the next three years.

Please be so kind as to let me know if I was correct about your friend's upcoming memory loss. I am writing a book on human nature. Thank you.
