Does he have children? Does Child Protective Services Know that he's illegal? Do you SUSPECT he might be abusing his children, or that in the environment there, they are at risk? Are they doing Child Pornography? Is he renting to unregistered sex offenders? Pedifiles? Is all of his construction up to code? Call the city to investigate the SUSPECTED shortcuts he's taking. Local Ivestigative Reporter
Any other entity I can think of...and tell them to investigate you.
