This sounds like it was a computer printed ticket. I'm sure the administrative law judges are aware of the accuracy of the clocks on these handheld units as well as that they get their clocks synced at least daily.

If you received a ticket there at 10:28, then clearly you were parked there prior to 10:30. Since the sign clearly says that there is no parking there until 10:30, you clearly were parked there when you were not supposed to be.

I ask again, what defense do you believe you have?

HINT - We are not here for the purpose of helping people evade the laws or, alternately, to evade the consequences of the laws they break. If you thought this forum was to help you find ways to break the laws with no consequences, you were wrong.
