I can't help but wonder, if this woman cannot face a judge how can she raise a child? I mean this was not that threatenning and her inablity to deal with simple questions would concern me on how she would deal with an emergency!

Or counselling as I mentioned earlier, to help her learn to "deal". If the children really are not better off with dad, even if she has the world's best attorney she has to be able to testify without freezing up and bursting into tears.

If this were my sister, I would be getting her butt into counseling one way or another to teach her to deal with the world before suggesting that she attempt any further legal action.
I agree! It sounds like PTSD...But I don't want to be accused of playing doctor...:eek:
