Well I had my hearing. The Trooper said his side of it all and I had my turn and said my side of it. The last question I asked was can I examine Exhibit A which was video footage from the camera inside the Troopers patrol car that was burned onto a CD. The Magistrate said "Of ourse you can." I asked "Is the a DVD player or computer in here where I can see this?" He said "No there isn't." I said "I cant examine the CD because of no availability of something to view the CD on." After about 10 seconds of silence, He looked at me and "I'm going to find you not guilty." I said "Thank You your Honor." grabbed my stuff and left.
