I already got and accepted the answer that she had no legal recourse and must accept it.

I was simply answering the posts below it.

And yes, I did delete the other thread: I got the information I needed, accepted it, thanked you for the constructive comments, informed the CP to maybe look into improving her own conduct to improve the situation, then deleted the thread at her request.

I posted several times that I agreed that the CP was also in the wrong in that case also, but the thread got too far off topic and since some people are more interested in bashing posters or individuals in the posted-cases she decided to end the arguement.

Actually, since my question has been answered, and since we have no need to "argue" about it, I'll just close the thread.

Thank you all very much for your insight, even those that I disagree with. I appreciate the time you took to clarify the situation.

This site is a great resource, and I'm sure that it has helped many people.
